SCSU LB Granted 6th Year

South Carolina State LB Marshall McFadden was granted a sixth year today. This is big for the Bulldogs as a 2008 2nd team All-MEAC selection who is on the NFL radar and will get looks this fall.

SCSU's defense has been very good the last couple of years so this should be big for them. I'm not sure what they have coming back on offense... but, I'll be pulling for them. One of my favorite FCS teams outside of App.

They only have to replace WR Trey Young, RB Will Ford, CB Phillip Adams, and S Rafael Bush. The rest of their losses are not major impacts. I believe SC State should be a top 10 team in the preseason.
