Sweet! We have a guy here at Concordia that just donated $20 million for the brand new business college. I believe he is giving the $850,000 for our new turf too. Makes me wish I had that kind of money.

My wifes parents were benefactors at Charleston Southern and I have seen first hand what giving back can do for a small school like CSU. It is nice to see people who are successful remember their school and what it did for them while they were there.

Real exciting. When are they going to provide a quality venue for the fb team team; worthy of being called division 1? :coffee:

Obviously your a fan of the Eastern Washington Eagles, who play their home games, unless I am wrong, in Arthur C. Wood-Ward "stadium" (Field)...seating capacity 8,600. According to the GWU website, Spangler Stadium seats 8,500, just 100 shy of "Division I" E. Washington's football facility. Are you suggesting that EWU's football venue is also not worthy of Div. I status or, if they are, do you suggest that a seating capacity of just 100 more than GWU's is the threshold of Div. I worthiness? If none of the above, what changes to Spangler Stadium do you suggest be made to elevate the R Bulldogs to the point where they would be "worthy of being called Division I"?
