The mighty SWAC as it was once known has been up and down since the late 90.s. Well this humble poster sees the SWAC as new and improved. Championship stalwarts like coaches Rod Broadway (Grambling), Anthony Jones (Alabama A&M), Henry Frazier (Prairie View A&M) and Rick Comegy (Jackson State) will keep the fire in the bellies of conference supporters well lit through the offseason. However, upcoming coaches such as Anthony Collins (Alcorn State) and Monte Coleman (Arkansas Pine Bluff) will challenge for the title in 2010. While all I have stated is true. The SWAC better GET READY because Southern is back and it shows in the 2010 recruiting class. Stump Mitchell with two weeks on campus pulled in the biggest and best recruiting class in the league.
