To a degree, it does. The humidity is generally low enough, and with the clear skies that we get a lot, a fair amount of the snow sublimes right back into the air.BigDawgPop wrote:Now that is snow!!!! Wow. I wish we had that kind of weather during a football season. It would be fun to see CCU play in the snow.
