According to a source on SacBuzz, here is what the Sac State schedule will look like. This is unofficial as it hasn't been published anywhere:
- 9/4/10 - @ Stanford
- 9/11/10 – Western Oregon
- 9/18/10 – Weber State
- 9/25/10 - @ Montana
- 10/2/10 – Montana State
- 10/9/10 – Northern Colorado
- 10/16/10 – BYE
- 10/23/10 - @ Eastern Washington
- 10/30/10 - @ Northern Arizona
- 11/6/10 – Portland State
- 11/13/10 - @ Idaho State
- 11/20/10 – Causeway @ “the farm extension”
I love the mid-season bye and the Causeway being the last game of the season. As much as I would have liked to see a FCS school for the last spot, the lower tier non-counter fits well with it being after the Stanford game. My only other complaint is the lack of home games near the tail end of the season.

Davis ain't that far, you'll have to tolerate the fragrance of nature again however...not the piss, vomit, and burnt crack pipes, but the real thing.

I hope SAC can pull the upset on Stanford so when ISU beats SAC it will be even better.

The first 1-11 season in 2008 ISU’s only win was against SAC. That game was in Pocatello. SAC plays ISU this year in P-town so come to the game and when ISU wins I will by you a beer so it does not hurt so bad.

I have class with some of the guys on the team and have talk to the AD and Coach Z once or twice. I am impressed with what is going one. There has been so many coaching changes over the last 30 years there is no consistency. Coach Z has signed some awesome talent and it is going to be interesting and it will be great to say I told you so.

Not a whole lot of room to go anywhere but up from 1-11...

As have every other team. I've yet to hear anyone be unhappy with their recruiting class.

I agree with SE. And that was a terrible loss 2 years ago. The coaches just didn't have the players ready to play and it showed. This time ISU will be coming off of a road game to Georgia so it doesn't look to promising for ISU, but you never know until the game is played.

My warm fuzzy moment was when Sir Charles Roberts single-handedly tagged ISU for 409yds. rushing.

Good schedule for the hornets even the d2 team they got is pretty good they gave EWU a great game last year and i think nearly beat Portland State the year before that if my memory is correct. I think as long as Hilliard remains healthy you guys could finish 4th or even 3rd but you guys do need to find a more consistent QB in my opinion

When was this? I cant find anything on ESPN stats. Was it in the last five years? My worm and fuzzy was when Kyle Blum threw for 324 yds and Kenyon Blue had a 100yd+ day with 2 TD'S

Hey now, everyone should back off Sapper! How many ISU fans are there on this board anyway? Two maybe three??
Glad to see someone on here that will talk up ISU.
Okay griz and eagle fans, flame away at MSU!

I completely agree Tbird. Jason Smith "retired" due to physical issues so the QB position lies squarely on the shoulders of MBT. MBT finished off the year by leading an amazing comeback victory against "the farm extension". If he plays like that the whole season the Hornets will do well. Plus Hilliard will be back to help carry the load.
The only question mark offensively is the OL. We graduated 3 starters BUT landed a Hofstra starter that will fill one of the voids. The Hornets have a stable of big young linemen so it will be a matter of a couple of them stepping up to fill the other 2 spots. All WR's are returning as well.

It never ceases to amaze me how youngsters nowadays are of the opinion that something that happened more than five years ago didn't happen, and anyone who retired five or more years ago sucks by definition.
