See my response to your comment in the "no stars" thread. I guess if we are going to go by Scout the next question is, where would he have been ranked as a quarterback among I-AA (I think it was still that then) quarterback recruits at the time? My guess is not in the top 20.

The only QB you could say on that group, besides Edwards, that has panned out is Denham and even then he was very much overrated. He has been solid but nowhere near the #1 QB in that class. JohnStOnge brought up a good point about the stars. Edwards is possibly the best FCS player in history and he was not even ranked in the top 3 among FCS QB signings by one service and unrated with no stars by another service. IT just goes to show you can't put much stock in the ratings of the FCS and D2 signings on those websites.
