Indiana State picked up a transfer QB from Wyoming last year. Transfers aren't going to help them win...

Smart move by this kid, makes sense with Locker returning and Montanas son coming he wasnt going to have a shot at all of playing, hopefully he can do some good at ISU

Unless the kid is going pro, he turned down a Pac-10 education for Indiana State - not a good move.

On the bright side for Fouch...

1) He would've been stuck on the depth chart behind Locker and then likely Montana the year after next.
2) He is no longer at UW
3) Indiana State won more games last season than UW did with him starting at QB

Despite my disdain for the University of Washington I do agree that it seems kinda silly to transfer to Indiana State from one of the better academic institutions in the country. Having seen Fouch play on multiple occasions he absolutely isn't going pro, I know UW pretty much gave up on Willingham in his last season but Fouch is definitely not a Pac-10 caliber QB, much less one that will make it in the pros.
