In looking at the two FCS games this weekend, I came away from both thinking that, if we as an FCS community needed to pick two games that showed the casual college football fan was FCS football is all about, I don't think we could do any better than those two games that were played this weekend. Both showed the heart, determination and even sportsmanship that does exist in all of FCS football. Both games were excellent examples and great showings of our type of football.

Thank you William & Mary, Villanova, Appalachian State and Montana. Every person representing these schools this weekend put on quite a show for the ESPN audience, coaches, players AND fans alike.

Good luck to both Villanova and Montana this Friday.
