Next season, the playoff field expands to 20.......with 2 less teams.......it's as good a time as any to play 2 money games.....especially considering the financial state of affairs for many FCS programs. :thumb:

Is Cam Higgins a senior or is he a jr and be back next year? From what I saw of Bolen, I don't think there will be much drop off at RB even losing Trevyn Smith but I almost think WSU would be better without Higgins at the helm. Yeah, he can be great but he can be just as terrible and turnover prone even in the same game.

Higgins will be a senior next year. However, Bo Bolen is supposedly going on a Mission and won't be available for Weber the next couple years.

And, no, Weber would not be better without Higgins. Remember how mediocre they were before Higgins?

This is starting to get weird. Both Weber State and Cal Poly will be within spitting distance of the Atlantic in the regular season next year. Kudos to both schools for making the long trips.

I'll go out on a limb: Weber will not get an at large bid next year if they finish 7-4.

Are you serious? BC sucks. They'd lose to any FCS team. They have sucked since Flutie left, and they were kinda good a few years ago when they had Matty Ice at QB.

At least we have no DII teams on the schedule!

Since I don't get a vote in how many money games we schedule every year, the glass if half full, dammit!

All those bowl games were in like the Lysol Toilet Bowl, and MPC Computers Bowl. This year they have the Emerald Bowl. I'd say they were good if they had played in a BCS Bowl since the 1943 Orange Bowl which we all remember so well. Bottom line they are an average FBS team, that can be beat by more than a few FCS schools

They'd be more worthy just based on the CAA schedule they play.

Average FBS team that won the ACC in 2007 and 2008... yeah, they've done nothing since Flutie... Matt Ryan was a fluke and three straight years of beating Virginia Tech mean absolutely nothing. But hey, we know the ACC is weak due to the beat downs delivered by FCS schools this year (JMU not one of them  ), so Weber has a chance.
