I'll check it out. I do like cheese, but ricotta is kinda bland for flavor. Down here, we have funnel cakes.

Its not cheesy. Its sweet. A savory sweet. Hard to explain. Find an Italian bakery though. If not you won't get the real taste. Most non-Italians make them too sweet. Its not meant to be filled with whipped cream.

The 3rd Quarter was UGLY from an ISU standpoint, it looked like we stopped trying and just wanted the time to magically tick off without us moving the ball
