Well...actually its that Grube set admission standards much higher than the NCAA minimum of 820 on the SAT for student athletes...and yes Hatcher confirming that fact at the Atlanta Touchdown Club luncheon is what got him fired. The biggest hindrance to GSU and the TO is just down the road, in Atlanta. The guys that GSU used to pull to run that offense are going to also be targeted by Tech. When you think about it, its not going to be that difficult at all. How many DI colleges in the south run the TO? Compare that to the number of colleges who run the spread or a more traditional style offense. Is that legal? Both the setting different standards for admission and for someone at a public university to talk about it? I thought public universities had to have full disclosure?
