They're out of the "national championship" talk.
but they didn't really ever have a realistic chance at that anyway.
They can still win the Big Ten if they beat Ohio State (and Minnesota), which would put them in the Rose Bowl.
All depends on how their backup QB can do after a full week of practice at the starting position.

I wouldn't put any money on them winning next week. but they aren't out of contention quite yet.

I would laugh had they not, ahem, pinned the only loss on my favorite FBS.

Fuck Iowa. They were so overrated. They should drop to 15-20 where the belong.

Thank god. No more talk from their annoying fans about how they are going to go undefeated and how they are going to get screwed by not being able to play for a national championship. It's too bad Stanzi got hurt because now we have to listen to the whining about how they would've won out if he hadn't gotten hurt.
