Next EWU QB/Payton Candidate?

EWU's outgoing stud and Payton Watch List QB Matt Nichols (Cottonwood, CA) and the Payton winner he replaced QB Erik Meyer (La Mirada, CA) have both come out of California. Right now freshman Jeff Minnerly (Spokane, WA) is the current 2nd string QB, but I noticed this guy on the roster who is using his redshirt this year and will be eligible to play in 2010.
Anthony Vitto QB 6-1 195 Simi Valley, CA (Chaminade College Prep)
Baldwin was the OC and QB coach when Wulff was headcoach and was responsible for recruiting Nichols. I hope Vitto continues this trend of Star QBs for EWU out of the state of CA.
