At-Large Playoff Elimination & Eligibility - Week 8

After the eighth week of play, 3 teams have won 7 D1 games and 53 of the 107 FCS teams still have an opportunity to reach 7 wins against D1 opponents. Nine teams were eliminated this week with a loss. The bubble teams that cannot afford another loss is at 22. To view a list of wins/losses, D1 wins, and D1 games remaining for each of the FCS teams, go to FCS Won-Loss through Week 8 (10/24/2009).

I don't care who you are, THAT'S funny. NDSU is now equally as good as UNC, Northwestern & Tennesee-Martin...and a week WORSE than Charleston Southern, Lehigh, RHODE ISLAND (for God's sake) and SUU. And a full TWO weeks worse than JMU, Sac State and Towson. TOWSON. :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

Well, if you are right, I stand corrected...
Yes we are eligible and that was done specifically so that we could not be recruited against for that reason. Talk of us and the play-offs though is just a tad premature. Under the circumstances we are doing well and we hope to really be involved in the play-offs conversation in a few years.
