SUU has ISU, MSU and NAU after this. If they win this week, they very well could end up 7-4 (6-2) which puts them in the playoffs.
NAU is most likely going to be a 5-6 team at best.
Hey, at this point, I'm just trying to make sure people realize that Montana is the better team, despite being behind Weber in the conference standings.

Despite the win, that Jack's team is nowhere near where it was when EWU played them.
Many have felt we are still a year from getting back to our usual form. Been tough having to use players the previous coach recruited. Good players, but not totally suited to our game plan. That and the fact we are on our third different offensive philosophy in the last 5 years doesn't help either.

The Griz are a young team and that showed in this one. Semore also got arrogant in his gameplan: coming out in cover zero yet again despite NAU's WR-corps being better than Montana's DBs. He did adjust pretty quickly, but that was probably something he should've seen coming. Regularly playing cover zero against Eastern will be suicide.
