Brown just announced their roster for the 2023 season, which includes freshperson utility player Olivia Pichardo, who played P/OF for the US Women's National Baseball Team this past summer in a friendly vs. Canada. Pichardo is believed to be the first female baseball player in the history of NCAA Division I. Many have played at D-II and below, starting with Julie Croteau at St. Mary's (MD) in 1989.
