Completely bogus. As far as I'm concerned, the top two Division I players in the country are Kevin Thomson and Malcolm Perry. While it came after the award was already badly made for that dude at LSU, a QB rushing for 300+ yards is DEFINITELY Heisman-worthy, in my book, as is taking a team from 2-8/0-7 to 9-4/7-1....
