Here we go. I might not get any responses but I figure Mount Union deserves nod. They're in their 21st DIII title game (I think) with 13 titles. As great as North Dakota State has been in FCS, THIS is the most dominant college football program for its level of competition. Never 5 in a row. But sustained excellence. Very tough and talented opponent in Mary Hardin Baylor.
