40-12 in the 4th quarter, over Virginia Tech. I haven't been a big ACC guy in the last couple days but VT is a very good if not great team. I wish Harbaugh and Luck would both stay, they are a fun football team to watch

There will be a lot of tears for Carolina Panthers fans if Luck decides to stay.

I actually think they wouldn't go for Luck, Clausen is a rookie afterall. I haven't watched enough games because the NFL has no soul but I don't think it makes sense to waste a pick on a QB when you drafted one last year.
And Travis is going to enter this thread thanking the Panthers for giving the Patriots the 33rd pick this year

This is a very good team. Disciplined, hard hitting, excellent QB. Really play an NFL style of football.
I'm sure they would like another shot at Oregon, and I'd love to see it.

Yeah, at this point in the season I don't think there is a single team that would want to play against Stanford on a neutral field.

3rd best team in the country behind TCU and Boise.

You know Oregon beat them by 3 TD's, right?

If Luck comes out, Carolina would be stupid to pass on him.
He has Peyton potential. Clausen is a bust.

it can't be stressed enough. Again, thank you Carolina for the 33rd overall pick you gave us just to sit a guy on the bench while your offense sucks it up game after game.

ACC should have their Autobid revoked when the Big East loses theirs.

What?? The same VT that got beat by a supposedly weaker Boise team, got rolled by JMU, then humiliated in the Orange Bowl?? The same VT who hasn't beaten a top 5 team in how many tries?

teams change over the course of a season, losing to Boise is respectable, losing to JMU is unacceptable but due to the circumstances it is at least understandable. Teams change over the year, if I'm not mistaken there were only a couple games this year outside of the ones they lost that were decided by less than double digits.

but that's because the ACC is a bad league, remember? You've spun so many directions on this topic you should be dizzy by now.

yes, but the fact that they've been practically unchallenged in that league made me think they were pretty good

...at least understandable??? They went to a BCS bowl game, reaped millions, and lost to an FCS team. That's not understandable, it's BS. They're not a good team, and it was exposed vs. the team that should have been in their place, Boise, and the 2nd place team from the PAC10.

Boise? Really? Boise who barely beat Va. Tech? Boise whose second-best win is Hawaii, who got blown out by Colorado and Tulsa? Whose third best win is Fresno State who was blown out by Northern Illinois and lost to Ole Miss? Good grief, I understand folks around here hate the BCS (and I do to) but pretending Boise State isn't the fraud they are does nothing to help the cause.
