Technically, wasn't he just commenting on how that apparent cognitive ability would be perceived and judged by a jury? That seems to be within a lawyer's purvey to assess, no?
You missed the other key part when the Fed's came a-knocking and told Biden and Trump to give the classified info back. Biden gave it back right away and Trump either locked it up in his basement or had the help move it around his properties. Trump's not facing the criminal charges if he just gave the stuff back like others have done. This is one of the legit legal cases (some are legit, and some are the lawfare they complain about) and he only has himself to blame for this one.BDKJMU wrote: ↑Wed Mar 13, 2024 9:16 am Bottom line:
-Biden took classified info (as a Senator amd VP) to 3 different personal locations.
-Knew he had some classified info (at least before he went senile) because he had them in his personal diary which he shared with his ghostwriter.
-Leaked that classified info (see above).
-Told multiple lies to a fed prosecutor (or he was so senile he couldn’t remember).
-Clearly violated the Espionage Act but isn’t being prosecuted for it because he is too senile.
And the left’s response to this is ‘But Trump’!
Also tried to pressure the investigator into changing wording in the reportBDKJMU wrote: ↑Wed Mar 13, 2024 9:16 am Bottom line:

The same prosecutor also told Biden he had “photographic understanding and recall.” So…?GannonFan wrote: ↑Wed Mar 13, 2024 9:10 amTechnically, wasn't he just commenting on how that apparent cognitive ability would be perceived and judged by a jury? And really, are we debating whether Biden has slipped a little bit mentally as he's aged? Of course he has, I don't think there's any debate there if people are being honest. Now, whether you vote for him knowing that or not, that's the part that's up for individual opinions.

It’s literally in the transcript.

Guidlines to help understand when lying is a big deal and when it isn't. You make a big deal out of biden's lies but ismiss or believe trump and other MAQA yahoo lies. Is it simple hypocrisy or are there some guidelines?
