Trump has this huge RICO lawsuit against Hillary and a slew of FBI guys. It's been proceeding along quite well, but could still never make it to an actual court case. Anyway, the raid just so happens to correlate with his latest filings. Could easily be coincidence, or it could also be the government trying to tie up some of his documents due to "active investigation". He had a whole binder of documents he wanted declassified so everyone could see a little more in depth what Hillary and the FBI were up to.

I assume the issue is that Trump can declassify pretty much anything he wants on the spot, but it needs to go through the proper channels before the documents can be viewed by the public.

That's pretty much what has been happening with that binder Trump wanted declassified.

Mar-a-Lago is not a SCIF facility. And just because you have a security clearance, it doesn't mean you can access anything...and certainly not keep documents at home (especially nuclear documents if true). Even the current President doesn't have access to everything.

I support my local police big time. Met quite a few of them and they were all pretty good people. Our neighbor hosts a yearly get together and invites the fire department and police over because they were first responders to a really bad accident she was in and feels they saved her life.
