Klam would tell you that is Christ like. America needs to provide for everyone or Jesus will revoke their salvation, and they'd deserve it, as Colbert told him so.

Biden is Christ like.

Whatever you think. Klam is not moralizing about Christians.

I’m not sure what the education system was in Judea at that time but regardless, no. Assuming you mean higher Ed. That’s not a part of the religion debate. Or do you believe we shouldn’t fund primary education as well?

Personally I do believe we should have government funded higher Ed, trade schools, and tech schools. It’s a good investment that can provide an ROI to the tax payers, reduce income inequality, and create a more open minded society. Not to mention increased critical thinking skills.

Sure they're different but the differences don't explain why all the MAGAt yahoos who want us to stick our head in the sand and stay out of foreign wars like Ukraine are criticizing biden for not responding with force in the Middle East.

Are we going to be isolationist or not. C'mon Morty, make up your mind!
When Iran or Hamas attacks Americans on our soil then I will care about retaliation. Until then we shouldn't help any country out and if Americans in the middle east are killed they should have known that was going to happen. I don't feel for them at all and we have no business going after another country unless we are attacked on US soil
I thought it was: "We're fighting them over there so we don't have to fight them here..."? :?

Lol you’re either lying, or like Biden can’t remember shit, including what you were paying Jan 2021. Whatevever you were paying in Jan 21’, you’re paying significantly more now.

Jan 21 to Feb 24’:
Eggs up 35.1%
Dairy up 23.2%
https://datavisualizations.heritage.org ... n-tracker/

I just bought at gallon whole milk at Walmart for $3.88. At my local Giant just looked up online says $4.70. Those were the store brands/least expensive.

The day Trump got out of office national gas avg was $2.39. Today AAA national average is $3.33.

You were in Little Egypt in 2021 and didn't call me? :(

2021's low gas prices were the result of stuff like: less driving because of the quarantine, OPEC production cuts, the cyber attack on the Colonial Pipeline, Hurricane Ida hitting Louisiana....... :coffee:

In 2021 Ag Marketing Services reported the average price of a gallon of whole milk as $3.77. :coffee:

Nope. January 2021 was $3.61.

Feb 2024 $4.36.

21% increase.

Now keep flailing with your claims that we haven’t had high inflation under your geriatric boy Biden.

You’re previous post you said the avg was $3.77. Along with giving no link, you were wrong.

I get that people in IL are slow with their 6.93 math. You’re fading on here faster than Biden’s dementia is increasing.

So did I, which I included the link for, which you didn’t. And you cited it wrong. Ag Marketing Services shows the Jan 2021 national avg as $3.61, not $3.77 you claimed.

The receipt shows that a bacon cheeseburger was sold for $12.49, along with a regular soda priced at $2.89. A small portion of fries was also added on – for a whopping $5.19.

Five Guys burger and fries
A $24 receipt from Five Guys meal led to backlash among social media users. (Getty Images / Getty Images)
The order total came to $21.91 with tax, and the buyer added a $2.19 tip – bringing the grand total to a pricey $24.10.

Actually I wouldn’t totally blame Biden here, I mostly blame the idiot that agreed to order all this, just walk out and go somewhere else

Could of drank water
Fries for 5 bucks? Geez just rename it to Five Fries

Burger would be enough

Tip? They want tips everywhere now for doing nothing

Hence why I never have and never will submit a ballot voting for Trump. Hard to be any more of a detestable person than Trump is and really always has been. Historians a generation or two from now (I hate historians trying to write about contemporary events or persons) will have a field day dissecting America at this point in time.

With that said, I voted for Biden in the last election but, barring some miracle, will not be voting for him this time. Both candidates are so unworthy of my vote that I'll either leave it blank or pick some loon like Jill Stein (not running this time) to lodge my protest. It obviously won't matter and one of these two wretched candidates will win and be President for the next 4 year (barring death, which is real for both, or some other scandal, which Trump likely has the lead in that department). And while plenty of folks will bemoan these next 4 years and we'll get plenty of denunciations that American democracy is dead or that we've reached the end of the American republic, come January 20, 2029, someone else other than these two bottom-feeders will be President and than person, by default, will be better than what we have in front of us now.

In the meantime, buckle-up, it's going to be a sad political display for the next 5 years - this election season and then 4 years (again, barring a death) after that. Oh boy. :ohno:
