That's the dream of a celebrity Socialist....it's no better than the televangelists living in $32M homes and being worth $100s of millions while advocating the philosophy of someone that would abhor that.
Great analogy, Bernie Sanders is the Jim Bakker of the Socialist wing of the Democratic Party. I bet if he opened up a socialist theme park in Vermont that kalmie would be making reservations the moment it opened.

Not just the tits, IMHO. It is so good, that I am going to steal it for future talking point with progressives.

Kalm's political leanings are pretty clear, his dodging and rhetorical questions aside, if one just reads enough posts and pays attention to what he doesn't say or deflects from.

If Bernie Sanders is a socialist Jim Bakker, who is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez? Joel Osteen?

You won’t get me near a roller coaster (those things go down!) much less a theme park (I’m above low brow entertainment designed for the hoi polio)…unless you invite Ilhan Omar of course…I’m there with bells on in that case!

September was the worst month for illegal crossings on the southern border - ever.

The Biden Administration is not for border security. The southern border is open and the rule of law no longer matters to Democrats when it comes to immigration.

It’s a five step process. We’re currently at step 3:

Encourage them to come
Let them in
Ship them to swing states under cover of darkness
Give them amnesty
Viola! 11-15 million new donk voters!

It ain’t rocket science.

I think they'll end up with something but they already screwed up. I've seen this kind of thing both between and within parties and I just don't understand it. They had a thing where they could've passed a bipartisan infrastructure bill that EVERYBODY in the Democratic Party agrees with. Then the progressives had to hold it hostage in order to shoot for the moon. It just doesn't make any sense.

If they had just jumped on the bipartisan bill and passed it that would have been a big PR win for the Democrat Party. But instead of taking that and addressing whatever other issues they wanted to address after the fact the progressives HAD to try to leverage that to get pie in the sky stuff. Just completely stupid.

They'll end up with something but they already created the impression that the Democrats are disfunctional.

“Impression”?  Sorry your party won’t get that big infrastructure win before your boy Biden embarrasses himself on the international stage. Again.

Ooooohhhhh….you were SO, SO close, right up to that last sentence.

It’s not an “impression”, John. They are the very DEFINITION of dysfunctional.
