So ...
- venality - toss-up
- senility - toss-up
- arrogance - toss-up
So ...
Gotta keep wages down
No, the venality isn't a toss up. Nobody is more venal than trump
I thought we were ignoring reality ("I'd call the senility category pretty much a toss-up") or am I not allowed to just make sh!t up like you do?
HD is a muppet show heckler and you are responding to him in more than 2-3 words
You're giving him too much credit, he isn't nearly as witty as Statler or Waldorf. Could be due to his advanced dotage.

I remember Perot on the TV as a kid.
Ross the Boss. Got about 19% of the vote the first time around, 8% the second.
And? You voted for Romney, GW (twice), Bob Dole, GHW and Reagan twice. How does one do that and call themselves a libertarian?
Can I finish? Can I FINISH???
I was a Republican until 2017. But I voted for a Libertarian in ‘92 because HW Bush broke his tax pledge. Actually, my proudest vote as a Republican was the one I cast for Steve Forbes (the most free-market guy in the GOP field) in the ‘96 Delaware primary. It was one of the two primaries that Forbes won.
I remember giving a speech for Steve Forbes at my caucus location in 2000. Most wanted Bush because they saw him as a "winner" that could end the 8 years of Clinton. I remember saying in my speech that Bush would, like his father, be a poor choice and that we weren't some type of monarchy that should have the presidency go to someone just because of his family name. Seems I was right.Ivytalk wrote: ↑Mon Feb 07, 2022 7:25 pmI was a Republican until 2017. But I voted for a Libertarian in ‘92 because HW Bush broke his tax pledge. And you saw fit to vote for Trump in ‘20 and Perot twice. Neither was a libertarian.
I’d call it a wash. But I’ll bet that both of us have voted for more libertarians than JSO.
