...and those type of extremely rare threats (though we haven't heard of any credible threats in these cases) are supposed to be handled locally by local and state law enforcement, not the Fedbois.
But you guys are still opposed to this, right?

Seems like most of politics is terrorism then, if you want to use that definition. That's okay, just like with politics, we like our words to get more and more polarized and more and more extreme. It doesn't draw the eyes (and the clicks) if we don't move in that direction. It's like how "unlawful behavior" becomes "terrorism", it's like how sexism becomes "misogyny", it's like how having an open mind to new ideas becomes "brainwashing". No one uses the less severe words because no one will pay attention to that. Surveys are the same way, you pretty much disregard anyone who doesn't have a strong opinion on something and only cater to the folks who answered "strongly" in either direction.
Antifa and BLM more than qualify as terrorists using Kalmy's definition. Many members of Congress and other political offices have openly supported terrorism. We need Congressional hearings, they should be held accountable.

Oh wait, violence and intimidation against something I support is terrorism, violence and intimidation for something I support isn't a big deal. :coffee:

No. Kalmy's deal is to dance on the line and if pushed, say he's really on your side.

So we're back to calling politics, in many cases and as practiced in the US, terrorism. You're circular logic to get back to a point you initially said you didn't agree with is dizzying. It's like an exercise in Ingsoc, but in real life and not a book. :coffee:

Not my fault it’s a political issue. Without politics it would be easier to agree on what’s terrorism. It would be easier to fight a pandemic.

Most of our politics is violent?
If I say, "OH YEAH! WELL I'M GOING TO RUN AGAINST YOU!"
Could that not be considered a threat to your well being? It's a threat alright!
And because you are in office, and write a letter stating so (also a member of so and so party), the FBI comes to my house? And I have to explain and prove what I said?
No, just tell them to fuck off.

Critics question Garland's school board crackdown after son-in-law revealed as social justice education kingpin
Attorney General Merrick Garland, who earlier this week injected the FBI into the nationwide debate over far-left local school curriculum, has a son-in-law whose company has gotten rich peddling K-12 educational materials obsessed with “systemic racism,” "intersectionality," and white supremacy.

Alexander “Xan” Tanner, who married Garland's daughter Rebecca in 2018, is the co-founder and president of Panorama Education, a major player in the teacher training and curriculum industry. Panorama pushes race-focused surveys and conducts trainings on systemic oppression, white supremacy, unconscious bias, and intersectionality — all under the rubric of "Social-Emotional Learning."
More meet the new boss, same as the old boss. Donald Trump Jr., Jared Kushner, Hunter Biden, Xan Tanner ...

Did we dodge a bullet not having this ethically-challenged individual on the Supreme Court?

I'm sure both sides have their different views on what and how things went down with the whole Garland to Gorsuch drama, but what should supersede partisanship is that we ended up with a vastly better judge than we would've had with Garland. Garland was and is a lightweight, chosen more for his blandness and lack of anything noteworthy - hardly the basis for a lifetime appointment to the highest court in the land.

Who cares? They were a bunch of loser Karens. They, Fauxi, the CDC and the damn Chinese ruined the rolling good times of The Donald's presidency.

Compare this to our attitudes during WWII and how we reflect on WWII now.

It does sound political but then again that’s what drives the masses.

This was/is also an existential threat.
