It's weird that the SCOTUS is working with three horrible new judges.
I almost posted something similar. Last week some Uber Liberal friends were talking about it and I had to poke the bear by saying it's refreshing to see Supreme Court Justices not allow political ideology to dictate how they'll rule. Brett and Amy judged to uphold Obamacare.
Democrats had claimed that the court was sure to scrap the Affordable Care Act, commonly known as ObamaCare, if Justice Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed to the Supreme Court. Barrett, the third justice appointed by former President Donald Trump, was among the majority who voted in the law’s favor.

Eh, for what it's worth, these right leaning judges are far less tied to ideology (political at least) than the left leaning judges are. They certainly come at an issue from a conservative perspective, but that doesn't always line up nicely with a political party. I for one am a big fan of Gorsuch these days - he's been a superstar on the Court lately with his opinions. I still liked when he gave Oklahoma away to the local tribes. :thumb:

Yet another 9-0 vote- SCOTUS sides with CA motorist in 4th Amendment Case, restricting police powers to enter a home without a warrant.

SCOTUS rules 6-3 against CA farmworkers union, invalidating a 1975 California regulation that had allowed union organizers to visit farm laborers in agricultural fields, finding that the rule violated private property rights.

With all this judicial commentary, BDK is becoming a regular Jeffrey Toobin. Without the wanking-on-Zoom part.

CNN literally just brought a guy who was stroking his cock on a zoom call. You can’t make this shir up. Only in America.

And if female member of CNN ever breaks out the virbrator and is is seem working it on her snatch during a Zoom/Web Ex call, the legal prescendent is they’ll be forced to bring her back, too.

If a female starts masturbating on CNN, their ratings will go through the roof. Actually - why not? They have naked news in Canada and Europe.

Vox got their panties in a wad over this one

It is as if they were just waiting for the court to deliver an actual conservative decision and then POUNCE

Given CNN’s recent decline I am sure they have considered it

That, and hiring Donald Trump as a contributor

5-4 decision on eminent domain authority under the Natural Gas Act. Interesting that Roberts, Alito, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kavanaugh joined together in the majority.

Couple days ago In the DNC vs the conk AZ Attny Gen, SCOTUS rules for the AZ..
..6-3 opinion by Justice Samuel Alito, ruled Arizona was on solid legal ground in enforcing rules that prohibit third parties from collecting mail-in ballots and disallow votes cast in the wrong precinct.

The left loses their shit, renewing calls for court packing.

Also 6-3 SCOTUS ruled that California cannot force nonprofits to disclose the names of their donors, rendering California’s donor policy unconstitutional that requires nonprofits to disclose identities of individuals who donated more than $5,000 in a year on IRS forms..

They can still be found via form 990. Open secrets has a whole site devoted to it.

If there's an 8-1 decision with this lineup of justices I'd say there's a 99% chance the dissenter is Sotomayor. She's probably the one bonafide partisan on the court.
