Some of it, yes. Lot of money spent on pollution and environmental consequences that also could be spent on better things.

Many of the climate friendly initiatives you hear about are notihng but political dressing looking for votes, or private money grabbing schemes.

I keep hearing these stories, but never see any proof in Western Media that either isn't easily and immediately debunked or isnt verifiable. There's a reason w media doesn't have anyone embedded where all these spectacular Ukrainian victories keep happening.
