You don't know for a fact that Ukraine wouldn't have been invaded. Curious that Russia didn't invade after Trump was so open about suspending aid until a witch-hunt was performed. I find that very interesting. Based off his admiration and lauding of Putin, I'm not sure Trumps presence would've been a hindrance. In fact, I would suggest Trump would be treating Putin with kid gloves right now - again based off his business relationship and his past comments.
