Pretty damning evidence of corruption on the part of Garland.

Over a corrupt Donk Attorney Gen and POTUS, yes. Either the whistleblowers are lying, or Garland is (and Biden was).

Trump impeachment #1 was over the allegations of a whistleblower. Whats good for the goose is good for the gander..

Merrick Garland: Liar, liar, pants on fire..
When further pressed on whether DOJ leadership stepped in at any point to stop Weiss from charging Hunter Biden with more serious crimes in other jurisdictions, Garland had this to say.

GARLAND: I’m saying he was given complete authority to make all decisions on his own.

It’s incredibly telling that when given the chance to just say “no,” Garland chose to hedge instead. After all, the question isn’t just whether Weiss had the authority to make decisions or not, but whether other DOJ officials, including possibly Garland, interfered in those decisions in some way.

That’s the charge that Shapley made in his testimony, which was given under oath before Congress. So who’s telling the truth? In response, Shapley put out a statement via his lawyers that can only be described as calling Garland’s bluff.

Wrong..
Its understandable - seven million votes are a serious azzwhuppin in this day and age and next year it will be even bigger unless you can find a way to lose 350lbs. of extra fat before the primary. :D

National vote count is totally irrelevant. But of course you are too :dunce: to understand that.

Trump lost by about 40k, 4 tenths of 1 percent where it mattered..

4 tenths of 1 percent of the national vote count you just said was irrelevant? :suspicious:

306 - 232. Biden won 57% of the electoral college. Anything else is irrelevant. Right?

Your math is off.

And, GA, WI, and AZ would put him at 269.

But, if we're giving Trump GA, WI, and AZ - might as well give Biden NC which was the closest state by percentage. No?

No it isn’t. 269/269 Trump wins in the then democrat controlled House, with each state delegation getting 1 vote, and conks controlling a majority of state delegations.

FWIW 2024 that would be 272/266 conk/donk due to redistricting.

I meant your math was off about Biden only winning by 4 tenths of a percent in those 3 states.

I know it would go to the House if it was tied - so, you would need to overturn only 3 states elections (and make sure North Carolina doesn't get overturned... which was the closest) and conduct a vote in the House... and thhhhhen Trump would win!!! LOL

306 - 232.
57% of the count that matters.

Cry more.

Calling 306-232, 25 states won by each, a landslide, is like calling a 31-23 ballgame getting destroyed. Neither is true.

And 81-74 would be a close basetball game.
