*crimes against children
was among a group of people who lit a dumpster on fire and were rolling it towards a gas station. Someone with an long gun, who was dressed in a green shirt, blue pants, similar to Rittenhouse (green shirt, blue shorts) used a fire extinguisher to put it out. Rosenbaum is on video directing his rage at that person.
-Subsequently Rosenbaum is seen down the street starting more fires. Rittenhouse is seen on video running with a fire extinguisher. Its speculated that Rosenbaum may have been going after Rittenhouse because he thought Rittenhouse was the other guy also in a green shirt, who put out the 1st fire.
-Rittenhouse is later cornered between parked cars, separated from the others with long guns, with a mob forming in front of him, including some with bats. Rosembaum is at the front.
-Around the same time a 44 yr old protestor, identified as a gang member & former porn actor, fired the 1st shot (doesn’t say who or what he was shooting at, or if into the air). The muzzle flash is seen on video a ways off to the left. A reporter on scene testifies to this (he was right behind Rosenbaum when Rosenbaum was shot).
-Subsequent to that single shot from the other protestor, Rosembaum tries to grab Rittenhouse’s AR. Rittenhouse fires 4 times, striking Rosenbaum 4 times.
-Just subsequent to that, 3 additional shots are fired by an unknown shooter, unknown who or what at.
-Shortly later Rittenhouse is chased by the mob. Someone runs up and hits him in the back of the head, knocking his hat off.
-Seconds later, Rittenhouse trips. A protestor runs up and tries to kick Rittenhouse. Rittenhouse fires 2 shots in the air.
-Anthony Huber runs up and strikes Rittenhouse in the head with the edge of his skateboard, then reaches for the rifle.
Rittenhouse fires a single shot, striking Huber in chest, fatally wounding him. Huber BTW had convictions for:
*Domestic Abuse,
*Use of a dangerous weapon
*Battery
*Strangulation and Suffocation
*2nd degree reckless endangerment
-Gaige GrossKreutz (conviction of possession of a forearm while intoxicated) who had also run up on Rittenhouse, pulls out a handgun and points it at Rittenhouse. Rittenhouse fires one round, striking the GrossKreutz in the his right arm (was holding the handgun in his right arm).
