Leaked 2016 Call Reveals Joe Biden Risked National Security To Sabotage Trump

Joe Biden exercised incredibly poor judgement, placing a highly classified counterintelligence operation at risk, and undermined the incoming administration

A recently leaked phone call between then-Vice President Joe Biden and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko directly after the 2016 presidential election shows that Biden sought to sabotage the incoming Trump administration before Donald Trump even took office, and much worse.

During the course of the call, Biden badmouthed the incoming administration, saying, “The truth of the matter is that the incoming administration doesn’t know a great deal about [Ukraine]” and that they were unprepared for the transition. This in itself is inappropriate, but it was meant to set the stage for Biden’s next statement and future plans.

Biden then told Poroshenko, “I don’t plan on going away. As a private citizen, I plan on staying deeply engaged in the endeavor that you have begun and we have begun.” In a matter of moments, Biden undermined the incoming administration, branded them as not knowing anything about Ukraine, and attempted to set up a foreign policy backchannel for himself after he left office as a private citizen, which could violate the Logan Act
.

Huge turnout for early voting in Fairfax County. The line at the government center (only polling place open) is two hours long.

Officials saying this is the largest first-day turnout ever for the County.

Apparently the WP is saying turnout in Loudoun County is even higher, with the wait over there being four hours.

46 days before an election only 1 polling place for the most populous county in VA pushing 1.2 million people, a couple hundred people in line/up to 2 hr wait isn’t saying much.

The county has been double to triple digit decade over decade growth since 1930, so I would expect early voting most elections to be the higest ever..

Also:
Because of physical distancing requirements, and a long ballot for Fairfax that includes several bond referendums, the process has gone slower than usual, she said.

Also as stated its the die hards showing up on the 1st day due ti the symbolic value.

Biden states would ban offshore drilling:

Of course he doesn’t care about getting the Texas, Louisiana, and Alaska vote..

So Biden wants to get rid if fracking (67% US natural gas prodiction) and ban offshore drilling, which accounts for 16% US. crude production and 3% US natural gas production..

One reason to get a 9th justice confirmed prior to the election, is this election could be a repeat of 2000, with SCOTUS having to get involved. Only 8 jutices would leave the potential for a 4-4 tie, resulting in even more post election chaos.

A 4-4 tie just upholds the lower court's decision.

There were 8 Justices for over a year, including during a Presidential election in 2016-2017.

Biden's stance on fracking hurts him in PA - I'm not sure there are other states that are as influenced by fracking as PA is, but for many people (i.e. rural landowners) fracking is a gold-rush type of bonanza. Telling them after they won the lottery than their lottery ticket is void is one of the reasons why Biden might lose PA. Going to be neck and neck here.

TX and N Dakota dwarf PA in terms of fracking #s. Not sure where PA ranks, but I’m sure top 5.
Big in other states, too- Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, Colorado, Louisiana, WV, OH

2 weeks ago drove to Saint Augustine Beach, FL (Trump won that county, Saint Johns, by 33 pts in 2016), where spent a week+ Drove alot off insterstate/rural 2-4 lane highway in rural western VA, Carolinas & GA. Similar on the way back this past week. Saw literally 100+ places with Trump signs/flags, and ONE place with a Biden flag (one off the beach) in St Augustine Beach. Also several dozen Trump bumper stickers, only a couple of Biden. If yard signs/flags are any indication, Trump will win in a landslide.

Trump rally typical of the last week- at an airport, outdoors with temp bleachers & AF 1 as a backdrop, crowd capped at several thousand (several thousand more having to watch from a distance). Everyone (couple hundred) on bleachers behind Trump) wearings masks. Same as the last several rallies.

Citing the Federalist is like citing Rush Limbaugh.

Honestly, I am going to make a recommendation: I use mediabiasfactcheck.com. If a source has less than a "Mostly Factual" factual reporting rating, I do not cite it. The ratings do change from time to time so I may cite a source that is rated as at "mostly factual" or higher when I cite it then later it drops.

Anyway: I would never cite a source like The Federalist. On the other side, I would not cite a source like CNN or MSNBC right now.

I think it's highly likely that further context with respect to that statement would reveal that he's not talking about "no offshore drilling" anywhere. But this is what happens. People do these little snips of conversations out of context to create the perceptions they want.

I don't think there is any way Biden is proposing that there be no offshore drilling anywhere. And I think it likely that whoever did this little snip was being intellectually dishonest.

Try driving the back roads of the upper Great Plains. Hardly a farm yard (or equipment in the field) goes by that you don't see something Trump related.
