60+ lawsuits and a great number of Judges, Trump Judges at that, say you're wrong. I'm going to side with the legal experts instead of BDK from JMU.
And none that saw its day in court.
There were no court proceedings? :suspicious:

Hmmm...60 courts must have revised the facts and decided they were all a waste of court time.

Happens quite a bit.

Are you saying that when Rudy was in front of a Judge he wasn't in court?

Were they suppressed? Or was it because Trump's legal team couldn't provide enough proof? Why was what Trump and his sycophants said in the press so different from what they presented in court?

For those keeping score here’s the Trump exit tracker dashboard.

For example, since the 6th, 24 Whitehouse staffers have resigned, 2 have been suspended, and 1 arrested..

Not sure if those are normal numbers.

My understanding is most were thrown out on procedural grounds.

54 lawsuits
12 dropped
27 dismissed
6 have an ongoing appeal
3 have a trial ongoing (one of these is against Trump)
6 have been ruled on.

Some of the dismissed were because evidence was either lacking, irrelevant, or didn't exist. Several were dismissed for lack of standing or the relief requested (overturning the will of millions of voters) was impossible to grant. The Elite Strike Force never had a leg to stand on.

I hope when people are arrested for their part in those protest, that if they're guilty of vandalism/property destruction that there is a hefty fine or wage garnishment.

Wage garnishment would probably work best since they're young and probably don't have any savings.

Some of the above was PA election law being changed not by amending the state constitution, not by the state legislature, but unilaterally by the donk Sec of State & election commision:
-From ballots received by election day, to postmarked by election day/received 3 days after, to if there's no legible postmark, absent evidence was mailed after election day, can be received 3 days after
-From signatures have to match ,to signatures don't have to match.

Upheld by the PA Sup Ct (5-2 democrat controlled) and punted by SCOTUS (4-4 with Roberts siding with the libs, ACB not yet confirmed). While not evidence of election fraud, that's still a subversion of PA statutory election law.

Act 77 passed by the conk legislature/signed by donk gov in Oct 19' (before the China virus) allowed for no excuse absentee (stupid conks) but didn't allow for ballots to arrive past election day, or do away with signature verification.

I bet a lot of the curfew breakers in Minnesota were let go, but they did nab some felons.

This is actual alt-right shenanigans during the BLM protest, and they may be coming back for more.

WCCO was told Minnesota and Michigan may have been specifically mentioned in the report because of recent activity in the states with “Boogaloo Bois.” In September, the United States Attorney’s Office in Minnesota charged two self-described Boogaloo Bois. They’re accused of plotting to destroy a Minnesota courthouse following protests over the death of George Floyd.

Read the article. How many nights of protests in Minnesota to get 600 arrest and 37 felonies? There were 150+ nights of violence in Portland and police brought just 974 cases to prosecutors who dropped 666 without filing charges. "Prosecutors have issued charges in 95 felony and 33 misdemeanor cases" and then prosecutors "subsequently decided to drop all charges in at least 22 of these cases, some that have included allegations of riot, burglary and unlawful use of a weapon."
Court records show at least 18 people have been arrested three or more times during demonstrations in Portland since May, most of them for crimes such as interfering with a police officer, riot and disorderly conduct. Nearly all charges against them have been dropped or remain under review, according to figures provided by the District Attorney’s Office.
I don't think the felony charges were for breaking curfew and I don't think an alt-right riot would be treated with the same kid-gloves.

We have a problem with the extremes on both sides and only blaming one side is not the way to peace, unity and prosperity.

For the most part they did get a pass in Portland.

A couple of the boogaloo bois (not antifa) are also seeing court in Minnesota

In December, a member of the Boogaloo Bois who participated in protests that followed the police killing of George Floyd pleaded guilty to terrorism charges.

Benjamin Ryan Teeter, 22, of Hampstead, N.C., admitted that he tried to sell gun silencers to an FBI informant who Teeter thought was a member of Hamas.

Michael Robert Solomon, 30, of New Brighton, Minn., is also charged in the case, and is expected to plead guilty in March. Federal prosecutors say Solomon and Teeter offered to work as mercenaries for Hamas in order to fund Boogaloo activities.
