He didn't trip an alarm.
He didn't break any laws

There had been no criminal reports in that neighborhood in many months - except 1...involving Tweedle Cunt and Tweedle Fuck Face who failed to secure a weapon in an unlocked vehicle.
He had no weapon on him
He had no contraband of any kind on him
It was literally him out of a jog - which is was known to do.

The guy didn't break any law of any kind at any point. The fact that BDK is so hellbent on trying to find little thing to make it seem like he was "worth stopping" or literally anything other than being the vicitim of a targeted murder (90+% racially motivated) is pretty fucking telling.
-Ok, so I was wrong on the alarm.
-So you know for a fact that there was no ‘No Tresspassing’ sign on the property?
-Lol if you believe a guy ‘out for a jog’ is going to stop for 5 min at the site of a house under construction and enter it.

From the wiki link previously posted:
Security camera videos
In the four months prior to Arbery's death, there were three calls to the Glynn County Police Department reporting a trespasser on the site of a house under construction. It is unclear who the trespasser may have been.[52] A security camera video released on May 9, taken from across the street, shows a man identified by Arbery's family as Arbery, minutes before the killing. The man walks into a house under construction, then around five minutes later, he leaves, running down the street.[53][54][55]
And I’ve already said:
BDKJMU wrote: Thu May 07, 2020 12:26 pm Going by the video and alleged statements, they look guilty of 2nd degree murder. But as we've seen in the past, videos never show the whole incident, nor all the facts of the case..
BDKJMU wrote: Sat May 09, 2020 10:43 am-No excuse for the 2 yahoo's use of force (esp deadly) on the video, because like Cid said, no weapon, and I doubt they can reasonably articulate that they thought the vic had one.
-There's nothing about the yahoos witnessing the vic was coming from a B&E elsewhere in the neighborhood. They apparently just assumed (correctly) that he was. Doesn't excuse the use of force.
-Their burglary, and the other one, happened earlier in the year. Doesn't excuse the use of force.
And go fuck yourself.
The people/person building the house said there was no fucking trespassing committed. He said there was nothing taken. Nothing damage. Nothin even out of place from where it was left. The builder didn't have one single fucking problem with it.

Your racist ass just hates non white Christian conservatives so much you can't just accept these two are racist assholes who had a vendetta against a black guy they've seen jogging through the area.

Since the video has been released there have been many white people take TVs or other things and go running through neighborhoods in ways that would make it look like they stole something and were running away. Not one single word was said to any of them. Wonder why.

Take your MAGA hat, stick it up your ass, and pass on from constipation related complications.

The dude shouldn’t have been shot. Period.

There is no scenario where he winds up shot dead that is justified. It doesn’t even matter if he DID commit a crime. The guys who shot him are guilty of murder 2

Nobody here is disagreeing with you, so far as I can ascertain

These guys are guilty of murder 2 based on what I can see, and any jury not co-opted in 1949 will agree

So? As other posters have pointed out, the key aspect of a lynching is a ritualized murder of an out-group member conducted without legal process. Lynchings occur via shooting, beating, dragging, and burning as well as hanging.

Which we already went over isn't the actual definition of a lynching. Lynching = extrajudicial killing. Hanging = killing by using a rope. Always here to help educate the masses.

Lynching is a rope related activity out here.

We also have shootings, assault, arson and just plain murder.

It's weird you east coast drama queens need to qualify a simple act by making it more than it really is.

Chicks do that :coffee:

Reading back on the Zimmerman trial the options the jury had were 2nd degree murder and manslaughter. Apparently FL is one of 3 states with "3rd degree murder" that he wasn't charged with (other states PA and Minnesota). I live in PA & didn't even know that it had 3rd degree murder..

Neighboring GA is apparently different- has no 1st, 2nd, 2nd, or 3rd degree murder, just Felony Murder.

I'm pretty sure lynching would require premeditated murder. Unless the plan all along was to try and let Arbery grab the younger McMichael's gun and have the elder McMichael try to shoot him without hitting his son it looks like just plain second-degree murder.
