The Stolen Valor Act of 2005 which stated it was illegal to claim you have a medal (even without financial gain) was struck down by SCOTUS in United States v. Alvarez for violating the 1st Amendment.

That isn't really the important takeaway from the video.

The important takeaway is that there are nuts on the pro-Second Amendment side of the argument.

I appreciate all types of comedy and “cheap, over-the-top, physical” has its place.

I’ve never listened to the Goon Show, but I loved Sellers in the Pink Panther movies. In fact, I’ve renamed our boxer Cato due to her penchant for lying in wait for me and then flying out of nowhere to attack.
