He doesn't like the government subsidy. IIRC, Space-X has more private funding than government (yesterday's launch was privately funded)

No talk of the launch tonight? I certainly hope it goes well, but I just keep thinking of the Antares failure a few years back. We were standing out in our front yard trying to catch a glimpse and I could see the explosion on my laptop in the kitchen window.

I'll probably walk the dog to the dock at the end of the street about launch time. If it is clear to the east you can see the contrails from where we are. Night launches are actually cooler to see from here as you can see the bright ignition plume going across the sky.
