His statement is true when you look at total deaths, BUT if it were on a per capita basis, it definitely shows blacks are killed at a much higher rate.

Unless that measurement was taken after 4 minutes have passed since she put on all that gear (face shield is a nice red herring by her), that value doesn't mean what she thinks it means.
