Defendants claiming that the FBI set them up.

An examination of the case by BuzzFeed News also reveals that some of those informants, acting under the direction of the FBI, played a far larger role than has previously been reported. Working in secret, they did more than just passively observe and report on the actions of the suspects. Instead, they had a hand in nearly every aspect of the alleged plot, starting with its inception. The extent of their involvement raises questions as to whether there would have even been a conspiracy without them.

A longtime government informant from Wisconsin, for example, helped organize a series of meetings around the country where many of the alleged plotters first met one another and the earliest notions of a plan took root, some of those people say. The Wisconsin informant even paid for some hotel rooms and food as an incentive to get people to come.

What did they have? Something like 11 FBI agents in with 6 nutjobs? Totally pulled ng those numbers out my ass, so don't expect them to be accurate.
12 FBI informants. At one point, everyone bailed and it was FBI informants actively setting up meetings and recruiting people to turn out. FBI trained, funded, organized, and encouraged the kidnapping that attracted the handful of nutjobs it did.

That sounds just like something a child would do when they break something. Put it back together as best you can, and then when your brother touches it and it falls apart, place the blame on them.

You can tell that happened in our household growing up.

Other way around. My brothers favorite was when we would play Monopoly and I was too young to read. They would tell me how I won money for landing on a property, or simply won the property, only to later tell me once I had built up a ridiculous amount of properties and cash that I was subsequently robbed and lost it all to the two of them!

Sounds like a classic case of transference. Have your brothers forgiven you for all of the times you cheated them? :poke:

Transference and denial. You might need a 10 session pack with Dr. Bench. :)

PGA of America: grow the game, First Tee Program, junior, veteran, disabled, and women’s golf initiatives.

Trump in 2015: golf is not for everyone and should be “aspirational”.

July 28, 2021, 5:10 PM EDT
By Jonathan Allen and Liz Brown-Kaiser
Winged Foot Golf Club in the northern suburbs of New York City is one of the most prestigious country clubs in the U.S. Membership is by invitation only, the waiting list is as long as a decade, and when people do get in, they reportedly pay $200,000 just for the initiation fee. It was the site of last year's U.S. Open tournament.

Now it has become the latest battlefront in the wars over former President Donald Trump, who has been a member of the club for more than 50 years.

Some members of Winged Foot who want to honor Trump have made quiet plans for a fancy tribute banquet at the club on Aug. 4. And that has provoked outrage from other members who think such an honor is inappropriate and are trying to get the banquet canceled. So far, they have not succeeded.

When Obama was looking for a club to join after his last term, nobody around here wanted him.

89 is better equipped to answer here. Spokane is very much a blue collar/daily fee driven golf market.

That's not the point. The point is that the Blacks, Jews, LGBTQRSTUVWXYZ, white liberal elites are ruining 'Merica! Our only hope was a corrupt Reality TV star and we fucked ourselves.
