The Biden conspiracy informant is now missing.

"Well, unfortunately, we can't track down the informant," Comer replied. "We're hopeful that the informant is still there. The whistleblower knows the informant. The whistleblower is very credible."

"Hold on a second, Congressman," Bartiromo said. "Did you just say that the whistleblower or the informant is now missing?"

"Well, we we're hopeful that we can find the informant," Comer said, explaining the informant was in the "spy business" and "they don't make a habit of being seen a lot."

"The nine of the ten people that we've identified that have very good knowledge with respect to the Bidens," he added, "they're one of three things, Maria, they're either currently in court, they're currently in jail, or they're currently missing."

Did Comer create an imaginary informant or did Biden call the Clintons and ask for their help in dealing with a problematic witness?

After Democratic Party of Oregon falsely reports source of $500K donation, officials slash fine, agree not to pursue criminal case
Democratic Party of Oregon officials knowingly filed a false report about the source of a $500,000 donation from Nishad Singh, an executive at disgraced cryptocurrency firm FTX, but state elections officials with strong ties to the party settled the matter without pursuing criminal charges.
Slashed the fine from $35,000 to $15,000.

Apologies if you hit a paywall. I can read the article on my phone but not desktop.

I generally assume that any party or politician is doing something sketchy or illegal until proven otherwise. Apparently with fair reason.

Good news are far as the fed govt being able to raise taxes to solve our out of control debt crisis vs cutting spending:

Desite over half of Americans having no federal income tax liability:
Americans' Views of Federal Income Taxes Worsen

Six in 10 Americans say the amount of federal income tax they pay is “too high,” a level last seen in 2001.

Forty-six percent believe the income tax they pay is fair, essentially tying 1999’s 45% as the lowest in Gallup’s trend. A new high of 51% say their income taxes are not fair.

More Americans say federal income tax is the worst -- or least fair -- tax, edging out local property tax.

The fed govt has banned the Communist Chinese application Tick Tock from govt phones.
Most states have done the same for their employees.

Now kudos to Montana for being the 1st state to ban it period, something there is bipartisan support for (both the Trump and Biden admins have pushed for this)..

Saw the graph below from the article at https://www.axios.com/2023/03/09/biden- ... ng-charted presented on TV tonight to illustrate the facet that, since 1980, spending has tended to increase at a more rapid rate when Republicans were President than it has when Democrats were President. It's pretty much not debatable.

It's one more piece of data indicating that Republicans only care about deficits and spending when Democrats are President. When Republicans are in Control, they increase spending and deficits more than Democrats do.

Donk Governor Roy Cooper declaring a fake "State of Emergency" in North Carolina because the NC General Assembly is about to override his veto on a school choice bill.

Isn't this what the Leftists mean by a "threat to Democracy"???

Biden’s family members have reaped millions. Stop trying to ignore it | Opinion

Lots of common sense questions that people on both sides of the aisle should be asking.
Yet we’re still left with a motley collection of odd and unsavory figures sending a lot of money through a lot of companies to a lot of members of the Biden family, with little explanation why.
...
Maybe it’s entirely coincidental that so many foreign entities just happened to give large amounts of money and gifts to Biden family members, and no one involved ever believed, promised, insinuated or suggested that Joe Biden would ever return the favor.
...
Confronted with the Comer committee’s report, Democrats scream, “What about Ivanka Trump’s trademarks in China, or Donald Trump and Jared Kushner profiting from Saudi investors?” And they’re right to object. We don’t elect leaders to the presidency — or the vice presidency — so that their relatives can cash in with foreign business executives. The sordid intermingling of personal financial interests with U.S. government policy is absolutely fair game in the 2024 presidential election.

A bad look
With great power comes great responsibility, and few jobs are more powerful than the presidency or vice presidency. That means presidents and vice presidents have a responsibility to make sure their relatives aren’t making new “friends” from overseas who just happen to want to give them lots of money. Even if an elected official never returns the favor, the U.S. government’s lecturing other countries about corruption looks laughable when presidential offspring seem to be shilling access like a guy on the corner selling fake Rolexes.
...
The problem is the Biden family’s unspecified gigs with foreign companies appear never to have developed a limiting principle while he was vice president. Now, in the White House, variations on Biden’s reflexive “My son has done nothing wrong” response aren’t going to cut it this time. Comer promises more, and he’s taking direct aim at the not-all-that-plausible excuse that the president is entirely disconnected from the financial arrangements of his family members.
hunter, don jr. and kushner ...

Hopefully Vallas wins the runoff. Dude is not charismatic but he gets sh!t done when running a governmental organization.
Instead of electing the sensible law and order democrat Vallas, they elected the socialist 51-48 who will be as bad as Lightfoot. He’s apparently called for defunding the police amd raising taxes (Chicago apparently already has high taxes)..That will work wonders for Chicago’s sky high violent crime. The people of Chicago get what they deserve.
Looks like the official start of summer in Chicago:
51 shot, 6 fatally, in weekend gun violence in Chicago

No. Its just you can’t fix stupid, in this case the majority of their population (those who voted for the defund the police guy + those who didn’t bother to vote). And some of those same people will turn around and complain about high crime.

He doesn’t sound like a defund the police guy anymore. Sounds like he’s hiring 200 additional officers and putting money into social services. Isn’t mental health a root cause according to conks?
As the race entered the homestretch, Johnson vowed not to cut the police department by even “one penny” and promised to redirect $150 million within the police department’s budget. That includes an additional $50 million to fund reform efforts and comply with the consent decree, according to Johnson’s campaign.

I would think that a true Christian would take pity on them, not write them off with a they got what they deserved.

If stupid people deserve to die then bombing trump rallies is also ok.

He’s changed his mind - that’s a good thing, right? Mental health and recovery get at the roots of crime. So does improving economics for the working poor. Treating the cause vs. just the symptoms is also a good thing, no?
