Ginsburg embarrasses herself and American justice.

She blathers on, in multiple media outlets, and then says that in the future she'll be more circumspect.

WHAT future? She's 150 years old.

Typical Liberal...intentionally say something and then say that they'll be more careful next time.

THIS IS WHAT JSO WANTS ON THE SUPREME COURT.

I don't agree with her judicial philosophy but she was absolutely correct in what she had to say about Trump.

The fact that Trump won the Republican Party nomination and is a serious threat to actually end up as President is a much bigger embarrassment to the United States than anything Ginsburg did or can say or do. The fact that Trump is where he is says something very negative about the population itself. It's bad.

So what are you going to do about that population, Dr. Mengele?

There's obviously nothing I or anybody else can do. But we should all be concerned that there are so may people in the population who would actually vote for Donald Trump to be President. And even if it ends up being a Clinton blowout the concern will remain. That this guy is getting anything more than like 5% support from the fringe is a severe indictment on the population of the United States. It does not portend wll for the future of this country.

I thought this was the kind of thing that got you hot and sweaty for Trump, Cluck?

Speaking without a filter, without caring about offending, without a care for any unwritten rules, etc. :coffee:

Now you're going to have a cry because an old lady said something mean? :(

It's called the "southern strategy", John. You spend 40 years carefully crafting a base of the ignorant and bigoted, focusing on the ones that are dumb enough to believe that what is good for billionaires is good for Bubba, and then the whole damn thing blows up in your face when some yankee from New York comes along and steals the stupid fvcks right out from under you.

The cream of the jest indeed.

Lets all stop the charade...

Yes Ginsburg broke the unwritten rule - but who was confused about her before she opened her mouth..?
And Scalia skirted that edge for years hanging with the GOP elite just beyond plain sight

Do you really care if she announces that Trump is a bit of a dunce and alarmingly dangerous ..?
Isn't that why we all kinda like him anyway
and HELL - fully 50% of his charm is he pisses people like her off..?

I don't think it's appropriate in either case.
