FBI Director James Comey will make a statement Tuesday at 11 am eastern from headquarters in Washington D.C. He will also take questions from reporters. Over the weekend the FBI interviewed former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, one of the final steps in the ongoing criminal investigation into alleged mishandling of classified information.

I think this decision to acquit was made a long time ago. If this had been you or me the FBI would have kicked our doors in and seized our computers. There would be no timeline that you should comply with releasing your emails or any ability to screen out the incriminating ones.

White collar crime. If you're wealthy and powerful... they have to prove intent and knowledge you were breaking the law.

Yup. If I had done that bullshit, I would be jailed.
Now we have, on record, the FBI calling her careless.

Comey isn't a partisan hack so I accept what he says. But I still think she's guilty of being careless and reckless.

Indeed, not a Democrat or Republican thing, just a wealthy thing. If you're wealthy, there are different rules. We all know this.

We already knew all of that. But it was nice for the FBI to investigate that. It's amazing to me that someone can just get away with so much. Where there is smoke, there is fire.
Unsecured servers housing classified data is now legal.
