The plain old fact is banning the AR15 accomplishes nothing
The rest of the video is hype

The gibberish about him being a navy seal and how awesome that is
Blah blah blah Timothy McVeigh was a U.S. Army veteran that saw Gulf War action
And he thought he was awesome too - he selected a different weapon of choice

The AR15 is just a gun
and it should be perfectly legal - the end

The entire gun control debate is only an academic exercise.

Comparing a regular Army 11M infantryman to a Navy Seal and saying they are both similar is like comparing a Ford Focus to a Ferrari like comparing a Ford Focus to a Ferrari and saying they are both similar because they are cars. Most Army infantry recruits make it through Basic and AIT. BUDS recruits on avg are more high speed than regular army infantry recruits, yet have a failure rate of at least 70%. McVeigh did one combat tour, this SEAL in 12 years probably did at least a half doz. Timothy McVeigh probably was no badass, this SEAL probably is.

You're right on the 2nd bolded oart.

Firstly:
He's a paid actor in this scenario
and my point is - His Navy Seal status doesn't make the AR15 any more (or less) anything

Here's a more appropriate comparison
It's like having a professional race car driver tell you you need a Hummer for your family
Why! BECAUSE I'M A PROFESSIONAL RACE CAR DRIVER

ya, I get that but why do I need a hummer for groceries..?
BECAUSE I'M a PROFESSIONAL RACE CAR DRIVER

Buy an AR15 for whatever reasons you want

Fun at the Range
Thwart home invasions
To rob a bank
Scare the neighbors
to walk through Wal-Mart
Kill Terrorists
because I'm a professional race car driver

any reason is fine...

McVeigh - what a piece of work/shit. He was a scout on the Bradley and I was in the same squadron(batallion) in the gulf war, different troop (company )though. He is so full of shit; if you look at what he said happened over there. :ohno: :ohno: :ohno:
Speaking of his experience in Kuwait in an interview before his execution, documented in McVeigh's authorized biography American Terrorist: Timothy McVeigh & the Tragedy at Oklahoma City, he stated he decapitated an Iraqi soldier with cannon fire on his first day in the war and celebrated. He said he later was shocked to be ordered to execute surrendering prisoners and to see carnage on the road leaving Kuwait City after U.S. troops routed the Iraqi army.
I can't speak to the shooting of a soldier but the shooting of surrendering prisoners is complete bullshit. We had so many we didn't even take prisoners or have time to deal with them. We just disarmed them and to them to head south. :tothehand:

I was in a gun class on Saturday and one of the drills was to yell "Stop... don't move" 1st before firing
One guy added "Stop Hillary...don't move" Cracked the whole class up
