Since it's most likely that Clinton would pretty much keep the same faces in power as Obama's third term, I figured that Trump's cabinet would be a notable exercise in seeing the type of people he could surround himself with.

SOS - Marco Rubio
Sec of Defense - James Mattis
Treasury Secretary - Ron Paul
Secretary of Labor - Mike Huckabee
Attorney General - Chris Christie
Surgeon General - Ben Carson

Just spitballing here, throw some other names into the mix of who would be an intriguing choice for any given position.
Chief of Staff - Newt Gingrich
Press Secretary - Anderson Cooper

Anderson Cooper -

“Have you seen his ratings!?! Everybody loves him! Especially the gays, the gays really love him. I really really love the gays too!!!”

Marco Rubio –

“I can’t think of a more qualified person to run foreign affairs than Little Marco. I mean have you seen the job Hillary did while she was there? How could anything be any worse. With Little Marco as SOS, I’m employing yet another Hispanic. I love Hispanics and they like working for me too. I’m a fair guy!”

Newt –

“I want a qualified person to over see my staff and Newt fits the bill. He’s got the experience and the no how to get things done which is how I operate. I build things and know how. I also want to be sure that I have someone on my staff who values marriage just as much as I do!”

Christie –

“I had a speech written about the amazing job he did while as DA and NJ governor, but he ate it.”

I'd be happy if it's Christie because that wouldn't help him at all. He'll still lose New Jersey big and Christie is not popular nationally.
