Well, you can't really say that there's anything in the law that keeps him from doing this.

And if it wasn't him, it would eventually be some guy who is ostensibly male but really does have gender dysphoria who will make women uncomfortable.

If giving women a separate place to dress because they don't feel comfortable undressing around men is a reasonable accommodation, what difference does it make that the guy with unmistakable male primary and secondary sex characteristics barging into their locker room feels he is a woman on the inside?

Brings back fond memories of a Heart concert in Houston during the late 70s or early 80s.

Ah yes. I know you guys probably down Heart. But that was a great concert. Ann and Nancy were both still hot. And the Led Zeppelin "Been a Long Time Since I Rock and Rolled" cover whas absolutely outstanding. Place was packed and marijuana smoke was thick.

And the womens' rooms couldn't handle the traffic. Nobody cared.

And BTW if you got a time machine and went back to the 70s and Ann Wilson asked if she could go crazy on you I suspect you'd be all for it. Just a shame she kind of ballooned later.
