You would think this was totally expected by the Hillary campaign but it will be interesting to see if Bernie can keep a little momentum whether or not they'll go after him. So far, they've played nice with few direct negative hits and just some of the Bernie Bro's stuff which was dumb. He's fairly unabashed so I don't know how much negative campaigning will help her if it remains close and it might just end up making her look spiteful.

Hillary will win this thing. The only way Sanders can get enough delegates is winning the populous states by such large margins that he's able to overcome the massive amount of super-delegate votes Clinton already has. She'll win NY by quite a bit and there's really no large state Bernie has a huge advantage in. I'd be VERY impressed if he could pull this out; the math just isn't there (right now).

Sanders has given Hillary a free pass on the debates only focusing on their differences. Meanwhile, she's attacking him for what he's not saying about her being in bed with Wall Street and her husband, the former cheater-in-chief, has already rolled out the sexism defense. The Clinton campaign is at defcon 3 right now. Bernie will probably do OK in Nevada, and Clinton will probably take SC due to the black population. I haven't really paid much attention to Bernie, but you have to admire his ability to even be competitive as an anti-establishment candidate against the Clinton machine.

I'm beginning to wonder who the Dem VP will be? Who would be willing to hitch their wagon to #BernsWhenIPee Sanders on the Democrat side? And would Sanders accept a VP position under Hillary? Or will Ol' Joe find his way back in?

I was just thinking of how a Clinton-Trump debate would play out. As persistent as Trump was with the whole Obama "birther" argument can you imagine how he'll be with emailgate, Arab Spring, and Wall Street contributions?

And DSU, I could certainly see Biden repeating as a Dem VP, simply for the gaffe entertainment value.

That thundering sound you hear is team brown and team black's (to borrow SDHornet's terms) cavalry riding to Hilldawg's rescue.

The air is let out of the Clinton tires (metaphorically, not her boobs) but going into the next few primaries will be very important. They'll set up her victory or concession following Super Tuesday. With Nevada and South Carolina coming up, the polls are in favor of Clinton, but I can see those numbers fall. Sanders had a great showing last night. The "recent" Nevada data is from December and Clinton has a wide margin. But I suspect that we will see that lead drop. In SC, Clinton has a good lead, but again, the polling data is old.
