It won't make anyone mad and won't take away anyone's rights under the Constitution. Sure, you'll be letting every criminal know to rob your house, but by golly you can rest easy knowing Little Johnny will be safe at that next play date.

I keep trying to get excited about gun rights, but I can't seem to give a shit one way or the other. While I think a registry is a ridiculous idea, I think it's just that... an idea that won't happen. I've never owned a gun, probably never will, but I can see why people would want them and I'm glad some people have them.
