For their retard circlejerk. Shame. :ohno:

Dems eye taxpayer bailout for 2016
Already struggling with finances, the Democratic Party has drafted a plan to have taxpayers help pay about $20 million for next summer’s nominating convention, reversing a change Congress approved just a year ago.

Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who is also a congresswoman from Florida, has drafted a bill to restore money both parties used to get from the federal government to help defray the costs of running their quadrennial conventions.
Disgusting.

Of course! That's why HIllary will win the nomination.

If you are for a competitive market place and against corruption, you should support 100% public funding of elections.

Not that that is what's motivating the Donks here. :ohno:

The Hildabeast wins the nomination because of knuckle dragging mouth breathers like geezerdawg.

This taxpayer bailout isn't about the election. It's about the after party. The parties should pay for it themselves. If it's publicly funded, instead of serving hamburgers and chips we'll get to pay for their foie gras and brie. :?

Agreed. They should get their big donors to pay for it.

Why does it cost $20 million to hold a nominating convention? Are they paying the way for every electoral vote to get to the convention? Is the stage guilded in gold?

Rather than $20,000,000 to bail out the Donks, how about $40,000,000 to abolish all parties?
