You have to be kidding me.

It is September 10th, and Newark is starting to collect leaves with their leaf cleaning machines.

There might have been 10 leaves down on my block...waaaaaaaaaaaaay too early to start that stuff around here.

WTF?

Someone in the municipal building loves spending our money. :ohno:

I saw some early color in SE VA/NW NC this past weekend. Hard to believe fall is upon us - I have black walnuts and pecans already starting to fall in the yard and driveway here.

We're a few months off from January, otherwise known as flurry month.

We have all the seasons at random. I think that pic was taken last Sunday around 8,000 feet, and it's supposed to be 86 on Saturday down here. :?

Not really. I'll occasionally crack a pecan that dropped on the deck, but generally I let the squirrels have them. I gave my parents a quart bag once but many of them crack when they hit the concrete. My asshole neighbor tried setting up buckets under my trees briefly until my wife told him to GTFO our yard.

This generally what's hitting the ground now.
