A George Washington University law professor has filed disbarment charges against Marilyn Mosby for her corrupt prosecution of six Baltimore cops in the death of career criminal, Freddie Gray. There have now been 3 trials and Mosby hasn’t come close to winning one yet and has even been excoriated for withholding exculpatory evidence. The list of charges against Mosby are as follows:

that she did not have probable cause to believe that there was sufficient admissible evidence to support a conviction of the officers;
that she made public statements regarding the case which were false;
that she improperly withheld evidence from the defense that was exculpatory;
that she continued to prosecute cases after the judge assigned to hear the cases found insufficient evidence to support a conviction;
that she engaged in conduct that was dishonest, fraudulent, deceitful and which misrepresented the facts in the case.

The complaint filed with the Maryland Bar Counsel calls Mosby “a runaway prosecutor” and alleges she violated ethics rules, claiming she never had probable cause to charge six officers in the death of Freddie Gray.

If she gets disbarred, she'll run for mayor and win.

Very good question. Disbarment proceedings usually run through the state bar's office of disciplinary counsel. A valid client complaint can start the ball rolling against a lawyer, but a third party who objects to a lawyer's competence wouldn't have as much credibility.

Yeah, I don't see the point of this thread as the story is basically what we've been led to believe - the cops put him in the back of a van without safely securing him, they gave him the "nickel cent ride" or a ride where he was going to be thrown around in the back of the vehicle, he got severly injured as a result, they didn't tend to him immediately, and he consequently died. So the cops screwed up, a guy died, and now those same cops are looking at long stints in prison - yup, just what we thought.

Yup - adds credence to the guilt of the police.

Good to see none of the police officers were convicted but with attitudes like this, when police become the bad guys in Woke America you get the crimewaves we have now. So many things with that video that, knowing neither one of them can hit the broad side of a fucking barn, are hilarious.

The suspect was in handcuffs, searched, and in the cruiser.
He still somehow believes he has a gun on him and is shooting at him from inside the car
He dose the 3 slowest rolls you could imagine, that would make him even easier to hit.
Those rolls didn't take him to cover, it was just him spamming the B button in a video game
Is so out of breath from just 3 rolls he can barely yell shots fired anymore
Instantly unloads a full clip at the cruiser - where the guy is in cuffs and not moving - and still misses the him with every single shot (thankfully)
