Dead on. I've asked several times why there is so much to do over someone dressing up like a rapper or any other black person but a dude can mimic a girl and all is fine.

Bruce Jenner may not as of yet but I don't think this is what many ask when they begin transitioning. They and a lot of society demands you address them as what they identify with.

You say this is different but it really isn't.

Except this girl is making up hate crime episodes, childhood trauma and abuse stories, calling her adopted brother her son, etc., etc. This isn't just a white girl wanting/thinking she's black. This goes so much deeper, and in this case looks much more like a mental illness.

Yes, I should have added as long as it doesn't negatively affect me or anyone else. In a state full of crazies Troy is pretty much the Mecca so I guess this isn't really surprising.
