Dude excuses himself for a head call, but forgets to secure his mike.
Brings up the question of whether or not each councilman has a mike on his person. Sorta makes the desk mike meaningless....

It's a "mic" not a "mike" slick but I imagine it's a bit of a Freudian issue.
